Training Consortium

A subsidiary of the Shelby County Associated Industries umbrella, this group provides training opportunities based on information provided from the full membership. They build the curriculum and set training schedules that will fit the needs of our local employers.

The training opportunities are open to any member in good standing. Courses may be made available to non-members if class size permits.

Our objectives are to provide training opportunities for local employers and their workforce; be flexible in our schedules; secure grants to offset costs; ensure programs meet employers’ needs; and improve the quality of our workforce, both for today and for the future.
