HR Recruiter/Administrator Shelbyville, KY & Jeffersonville, IN Seeking a recruiter/administrator to own the talent acquisition process for RFC and who will partner with hiring managers and HR personnel to identify and hire great talent. Detail- oriented, follows-through, comfortable with working with various HR Systems. While being based out of Shelbyville, KY, this person should be willing to split time at our Jeffersonville, IN location as business requires. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Qualified Applicants Will Have: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study • Two or more years of experience as a recruiter or similar role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong computer skills with ability to learn new programs: database software, HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in HRIS systems and reporting. Preferred Candidates Will Also Have: • Experience in manufacturing environment • Experience with ADP WorkForce Now • Bilingual or multilingual Summary: Recruits for the company to fill vacancies. Owns the end-to-end process of talent acquisition. Serving as the main point of contact for all parties throughout the collaborative hiring process to fill open positions effectively. Attracting and sourcing candidates, pre- screening and presenting qualified job candidates to the hiring manager. Performs a variety of administrative duties including reports and recordkeeping. Represents Company in a professional manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others as assigned. Recruiter: • Finds qualified candidates for a job opening and works to meet the demands of both the employer and the employee throughout the hiring process. o Meets with the hiring manager after the organization opens new job requisition o Trains hiring managers on interviewing techniques and keep them on track throughout the hiring process. o Serves as the employee brand representative, while internally and externally networking and soliciting candidates. o Works closely with HR Generalists in responsible areas to complete interview, job offers and onboarding processes. • Promotes employee referrals • Builds relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Recommends and implements effective assessment methods to evaluate candidates. • Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process (i.e., prepares job postings, conducts group interview presentations and testing, candidate background screenings, new hire paperwork, job fairs, etc.). Administrator: • Serves as administrator of HR recruiting software i.e. HR System, voestalpine systems- FABIS. • Completes administrative duties related to hiring, electronic files, applicants, reports for affirmative action planning. Performs other administrative duties, reporting and recordkeeping as needed. • Overall responsibility for New Hire Orientation process (preparation, coordination, presentation, etc.) • Works with HR management to track Mentorship program through onboarding and recommend improvements needed. • Maintains temporary agency process, being a contact, communicating requisitions, setting up temporary workers in HRIS systems, processing invoices. • Assists with employee relations issues (i.e. field employee questions and forms processing) Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
