A consortium is a group made up of two or more individuals, companies, or governments that work together to achieve a common objective. Our objective is workforce development.
The importance of a skilled workforce has never been greater. Commerce has expanded globally and successful companies prepare to meet evolving needs.
The Training Consortium is governed by Shelby County Associated Industries. Through this industry-led group, common needs and gaps in skills-training are identified and addressed.
Though SCAI helps create a roadmap for the training schedule, individual industries are highly encouraged to contact us directly to make requests and suggestions at any time.
